Hello, I’m Mike. My wife Jen and I are the owners and operators of Vital Property Inspections LLC. I am a Certified Professional Inspector in Iowa, and a member of the International Associations of Certified Home Inspectors. I have completed hundreds of hours of education and training through InterNACHI to become a CPI. I have been a firefighter and paramedic for over 20 years and have a passion for helping others. I have an extensive background in home repair and maintenance. Through the years in the fire service, I have developed a unique outlook on a homes integrity as well as the systems inside.
